Brother I studied your E=MC2 for days when I first started and I thought I had it this whole time, but then I realized you're on a six string and I'm on a four lmao. Great work man, mind telling me the tuning? As there's no tabs or anything online so I just study what you do. Thank you.
haha thanks man. Yeah that makes it tricky to transpose to 4 string but definitely possible to play on 4 string too. My tuning is B E A D G C. Look at reply I made to Memeworks Animations comment. It has some hints on the notes for E=MC2
I don't remember exactly but it looks like basically D F G, with some hammer ons from G-A and C-D. Hope that helps. Also this is a 6 string bass so that top string is a Low B.
Even higher than what I played for the first 4 bars? I switch to a lower octave when they start to rap because I looked how it sounded to drop lower there.
The original was definitely a synth so I'm not sure how to get that sounds with bass. Mine video has the original backing track layered in so it preserved a bit of that sound on top of my normal bass tone.

Aww Man this is SICK! Nice playing!
Thank you!
This is dope. I want to play Dilla beats with you on drums whilst eating delicious Thai food.
The soapbars on the 6 string Burner sound so much nicer than the j pick ups on the other models. Nice playing dude!
This is amazing!

@@jcandeli Thank you, I ended up getting it last night. I just play the entire riff on the D string in DADG tuning. On to "Stop" now. Thanks again!
I’m remaking dilla beats for a school project and I can’t figure out what the notes for E=mc2 are. Could you tell me the notes? Thanks in advance

@@jcandeliThis was very helpful thank you!
Conant Gardens is played one 8ve up from where you played it. Little Beaver Guitar sample.
Cheers.

@@jcandeli first bars are at correct 8ve.
Cheers. Keep it up
excellent!! vraiment cool à ecouter... je galere sur le "stakes is high" par contre
🔥🔥🔥😥
did you use any effects pedals on this? sound perfect
Hi Skiroy. I did not use any effects for this. I left the original bass lines in the song so I am mostly doubling the original.
What do I add to my bass to make the exact same sound as E=MC2?
The original was definitely a synth so I'm not sure how to get that sounds with bass. Mine video has the original backing track layered in so it preserved a bit of that sound on top of my normal bass tone.
