Look at the what the US military is doing to North Korea. They are framing him as some kind of nuclear hell bent Rocket Man. They did the same thing to Saddam Hussien. All that said, its the police that had the burden of proven her guilty. Simply having the credit card was not enough because they had the video that proved everything. The police involved in convicting her needs to be investigated.

10-12 years ago my wife and I were out taking a walk in our residential neighborhood right after a rain storm. We found a wallet in a water puddle right by the sidewalk. Opened it up to see if there was any ID in the wallet. There was. The drivers license in the wallet told us that it belonged to a 16 yr old kid who lived just down the street from us......one of our neighbors. Wife and I took the wallet to his house to return it to him. He met us at the door with his mom. He opened the wallet and told his mom that there was $400 missing from the wallet.......accused my wife and I of taking it. There was no money in the wallet when my wife and I found it. But his mom believed him. We had to talk to the police. I will never return another wallet if I find one, I'll just toss it in the trash.

This has literally happened to me multiple times, and what did I do, I simply told the cashier somebody left their stuff, and let them handle it. No doubt the woman came back in looking for her card, so if she would've just told the cashier that she left her card, none of this would've happened. I will help people, but if it involves touching their valuables, I am not helping them. I learned that lesson the hard way. I touched something that did not belong to me, everybody seen me touch it, then it came up missing, and you know the rest. I got blamed. I also touched a package of ham when I was a kid, and the entire house seen me touch it. I was just moving it in the fridge to get to something else. The police arrested him on the spot for theft. After he got out of jail, he got his police report and he sued the police department for false arrest, racial profiling, violating his civil rights and emotional distress for $790,995.00 and he won his case. Wouldn't they have to provide evidence that race was a motivation for arrest? Obviously the guy wouldn't be able to provide evidence because that accusation is complete bullshit. He would've just as easily won the case without that claim. I've been accused of things I'm not guilty of doing. I've never been in trouble with the police or had to speak with the law to defend MYSELF. That was decades ago and I am still suffering from the ignorance of others (known by the law by name) let's use Connie's name she'll be okay she doesn't have a record, another time EFFFF Connie let her see how it feels to have nothing (I earn everything I own). I understand she wanted to be a considerate, kind, and helpful woman. But this innocent hardworking women should have just given the card to the store clerk. I hope someone will see this video and help her sue the police department and the original post creator. I'm asking people to reshare the post with the truth. Create a fact post and make it go viral. Let's help this women get her life back.
Oh I just remembered something else that during a time of hardship made me and my kids suffer even moreso. I went to donate plasma for the first time ever circa 2009 and they ask a list of questions.. I answered them to the best of my knowledge. There was one particular question not well written.
So I circled it instead of yes or no, they called me into a private office space and asked me why I had circled the question "Have you ever used a needle to administer drugs"
Mind you I'm new to all of this, didn't know much about legal or illegal drugs. I answered "yes and that's why I circled it" The woman really QUICK and her supervisor gave each other a look and said "we can't let you donate plasma" WHY? "you said you used a needle to administer illegal drugs into your body" WAIT I never said that I administered ILLEGAL drugs into my body NEVER. The supervisor said "you already stated that you did and we cannot let you donat". This all was said in less than 5 minutes. I explained to him that I inject myself with a blood thinner called Lovenox after a Pulmonary Embolism. They wouldn't listen. I walked out feeling humiliated. I was in dire need to buy a little food and gas to get to work. So I tried again the next day with a written statement from my PCP and Pulmonologist (I had blood clots in and around my lungs). These people would not get their supervisor, they wouldn't look at my letter much less listen to me explain what happened the day before. With an attitude the foks at the sign in desk told me I was banned from ever donating from there and that I should know that the system sends alerts to other non affiliated plasma centers, ANYWHERE. I felt worse than I did the previous day. This world is so unfair. I turned around and walked out. I'm better than this place and as I walk out looking at the people there....drug addicts, and drunks is all I could see filling the seats waiting to donate. But because I circled a question, because I was naive and told the honest truth. I was banned in the entire state of AZ from donating plasma for life.
The first accusations are too sensitive and personal.. We have to rethink about everything we do and say in today's world. See what helping others did to the poor woman.

Go back to the stores where she used the card. Interrogate every employee. Get video from every store. I need to get paid for giving them ideas on how to catch the real criminal. I found a bag with merch in it and I called the store bc I found a receipt with a name. A store employee accused me of stealing. I told her "So every thief calls and asks how to return something to a customer that they stole from?" They connected me with the customer. The customer had the same attitude! She dropped her package at the door of the store. I didn't knock her down & take her package. Receipt or not,, I could hv said,, "Finders, keepers." Even though a coworker told me to leave the bag on I-95, I used my time & gas to take it back to Security. Originally, I didn't know there was a receipt. I also wonder if the dept/officers involved gets some kind compensation/recognition for closing cases regardless of innocence/guilt. I wonder that, because here in FL there was a particular police chief/sheriff (i want to say about 20yrs ago) that put enormous pressure on the officers. The term quota comes to mind. One officer reportedly committed suicide as a result. And when they arrested someone, there were reportedly many times that they would simply close other cases pinning them on the arrested person even though it had nothing to do w/that person - basically, it was all administratively done w/o the arrested person knowing anything about & was not informed about the other cases. Imo the State Attorney's office needs to investigate that dept. God Bless the officers out there doing the right thing for the right reasons & following the original Constitution. And God Bless this lady in all ways💜🙏

No they did not. You don't have the right to an attorney when you speak to law enforcement. Your right only kicks in once they arrest you. She walked into the police station of her own accord and started chit-chatting and incriminating herself for 30 full minutes before they decided to arrest her. When she asked for an attorney, they had not yet arrested her. So it was just a voluntary conversation between two citizens. She was under no obligation to talk to them. She could have walked out of there at any time to speak to an attorney or whomever she wanted.
