The first time to pray the novena to St. Joseph was on the 11th March 2021. The intention was to have my guardian, soon to undergo a surgery healed. Mid way, I realised St. Joseph was a saint for the dying and the novena was asking us to request God for courage when we lose our dear ones. The next day (17th) he passed away. Today, this gives me lots of peace and hope that he had a happy death.
St. Joseph is also a Saint for those searching for a home. Works wonders!

Thank you Ken, I finished the 33 day consecration and was Consecrated on Sunday on the feast of St Joseph. It was beautiful and I have been so blessed by St Joseph and his intercession. I have testimonies about St Joseph and the past week since the consecration it's been blessing after blessing. St Joseph likes to give us signs of his affection and help. This past week I was helped by an acquaintance whose name is Joseph😮 with something that I have been praying to St Joseph for. And it turns out this Joseph is also Catholic too. I just finished my 2nd 33 day consecration to st joseph, finishing on his feast day march 19th. Ive felt a special connection to him especially since becoming a father myself. He truly is a wonderous saint

Father Callaway recently re-edited his very long book to a shorter book for children and our family is currently finishing up that family consecration. It is very simple but the kids really hold onto it. I highly recommend this also!

@@tsg234 the 7, 9 and 11 year olds are fully engaged. The 6 year old here and there, but I'm sure it's good for her. Even the 2 year old has learned the replies in the litany ... So cute.

St. Joseph also has a great relationship with our Mother Mary. St Joseph accepted with love that God changed his plans more than once . He was just but not not immaculate , so his efforts must have been great to keep up with what God was asking him. He is a great model for all men, how much sacrifice for his family !!
Amen! The official title of the feast this month (as we sometimes forget) is "Solemnity of Saint Joseph, HUSBAND of the Blessed Virgin Mary"! :-) Right, he was not granted an Immaculate Conception like Mary the Mother of God, but he was granted a cleansing sanctification while in the womb similar to but even better than St John the Baptist's sanctification in the womb that Luke 1 mentions. Joseph is the GREATEST model for all men who are husbands and fathers and all men who want to love Jesus more and better!

Good St Joseph meant nothing to me. I was raised as a Quaker and then an Episcopalian. Even when I became a Catholic in 1984, I had no awareness of him. But while I was listening to Book 2 of the Librivox recording of The Mystical City of God by Ven Mary of Jesus of Agreda, which details St Joseph 's role in the Holy Family, I was so kindly given by God a sudden Grace, a sense of devotion and love for him. Deo Gratias. I did Fr Mark's Entrustment to St Joseph. Today I'll begin reading Fr Calloway's Consecration to St Joseph! I am in my happy 70s and am already consecrated to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. So blessed to now learn more about the man who so greatly helped Mary raise their Lord and ours.

Thank You..Thank You..for the St Joseph piece today..I have been in such inner turmoil even before lent started and just 14 days ago I turned to St Joseph by starting a novena..and by the end of day 1 of novena, I had a most peaceful feeling that I know came from St Joseoh..and frkm that point on I have been 100% better!! I finished my novena 9 days later & have been doing other novenas, bir last evening I said..I must begin praying to St Joseph each day because I want to..I feel I want to remember him each day..and so you can see how this video was so peefect to me.
And I so like the thought of why St Joseph is so special to Jesus..its a Father-Son relationship..I am saving this video so I can listen to it often..again Thank You..Teresa

I want to add I do ask intercession of Saints,but growing up protestant this still feels so odd. We don't go to Saints @ all as protestants,my Mother was actually offended when I brought this up. Her response " I believe the Bible I go to Jesus"......sigh......

@@nanabarker8140 the Bible is my favorite Catholic book! :-) Our prayer chain simply is bigger than most Protestant prayer chains as we don't discriminate against those brothers and sisters who are now in glory up above :-)
Fr. Don sent me his 33 day one too. 😊 I actually paid for it but I got mixed up as to what I was doing, sent the order to.a church there in Canada and for whatever reason they couldn't send out the book. I forget how Fr. Calloway found out but he sent me a copy. 😍 I read it and consecrated myself right away. I have re consecrated to St. Joseph several times...usually once a month. Jesus, Mary and Joseph pray for us, protect us, and Jesus have mercy on us. Amen...🙏🏽😇❤💙🤍

I thought that you mentioned something about starting a concentration to Mary by Father Calloway but I haven't seen it?
Yes, we are doing a consecration to St Joseph (Janelle and I, along with our parish).
I had the pre Ila get to spend my Mothers Death of 3 types of cancer and after that I had to watch my earthly father slowly die of Parkinson
My parent named me Joseph in honor of St Joseph that was 65 yrs ago. And loved it🙏

It was the word St Alphonsus used to description someone who has a devotion to St Joseph.
I love you guys but I don't believe God wants us praying to saints that have passed on, there's a verse specifically mentioning on people not going to The Living God Jesus they instead seek the dead, i don't believe there is a mediator between man and God, people may do that but it is dishonoring The Lord by choosing to pray to saints instead of directly to Him
