what happend to the build with sword pistal, axe torch and inspiration? i started using that build and for the first time after your full video guide on it i was able to play mesmer... if that inspiration build is not good anymore, could you let me know? and perhaps make a full new guide on this build like you did before?
Portal isnt that needed tbh. Depends on what role you are wanting to do. Like mine is duelist home and far. Even in mid to high plat i average maybe 1 death at most to about 6 to 20 kills. I dont run portal to help lock far from them and can make mid and back ez with my rune. Stuff to think about. Pistol is broke for 1v1s (Nice vid btw, good explanations)
@@shorts_gaming it definitely can help in a lot of scenarios. But not all. Depends on how ppl play. I roam and 1v1 ppl to take points. It works to let me 1v1 most any class quite well. Ill try that and see how it goes

Nick Armstrong The inspirations variant is way easier. It’s good to learn on but limits you as a player. Inspirations is very noob friendly with the sustain and condi cure. But in the higher levels you won’t have the utility and damage to kill soulbeast sand holosmiths. I’d recommend this build to really improve as an individual.
Mesmer so gross... but great video! I straight up I tried mesmer one day and it was soooo eaaassssyyyy. Can get in/out like it’s nothing. Really hoping they nerf some of those escapes. XD
Sorry man. I cant get behind the elusive mind pick. I definitely understand why you despise infinite horizon, but most anytime I see a mirage with that exhaustion on their bar, I know for the next six seconds they basically are gonna eat whatever I throw at them. So until they change elusive mind to something better, Or make dunes cloak useful, I feel that infinite horizon is the only reasonable pick in GM.

Getting dazed usually means u need to be ready to evade right away, rifle deadeye, reaper warhorn, etc. All of these warrant a dodge after you get hit with them. With how elusive mind works now. It's a damned if you don't and damned if you do. If the stunbreak didn't proc on a daze, I would say it could still be useful. My two cents. Great video and explanation otherwise tho.

DevaLand It’s good. You just can’t kill holosmith. But it’s really strong in the lower leagues.

Is torch better than pistol? I use a pistol and it's honestly amazing. Cyou tell me the difference and why I should choose torch more?

In the last build video you used doom cloak over elusive mind for the exact reason mentioned here. What changed

Not Soul Obviously. Core guard had always been a good counter to Mesmer and thief.
