I’m still come back to this video in 2023, this guy made me want to learn this song and master the tones for myself, as he was playing this song before the tabs even came out, and I learned it here. So thanks to you dude, if you still read your comments on these old videos!

Verrätst Du wie den Sound gebaut hast?
Ich benutze für alle meine Tones meinen Kemper Profiler und dort hauptsächlich ein Profile eines Trainwreck Clones. Der geht in die Richtung eine Marshalls nur ist der höhenreicher und hat enorm viel clarity auch bei etwas mehr Gain. Ansonsten ein bisschen EQ um die Tiefen Frequenzen bisschen leiser zu drehen, damit die Gitarre sich besser durchsetzt. Dazu drehe ich die Presence ein wenig höher, das hilft dem Original ein wenig näher zu kommen. Zuletzt noch ein Kompressor rein und das wars. Für das Intro von dem speziellen Lied benutze ich noch ein Fuzz Pedal auch vom Kemper. Hoffe das kann dir ein wenig weiterhelfen :)
Ach ja und die Tele hilft beim erstellen des Tones auch sehr :)

I love it dude, you are very good. I heard this song on CHOM FM 97,7 in Canada and I loved the riff. But we don't hear the riff in the Spotify sound. You are doing a perfect job on it dude, impressive.

Sadly I don't, learned it by ear. Maybe slowing down the video and looking at my finger positions on the fretboard would help you?

Thank you! I'm using my Kemper Profiler for all my covers. Mostly I'm using a Profile of a Ceriatone Expression and slightly tweak it.
The pedal he uses is a Wooly Mammoth by ZVEX. He also uses it for Devil in a midnight mass
Where can I find backing track for this song?
I don't use a backing track (and I don't think there is one out there). I just make the guitars louder so you can actually hear my recording.

Well there isn't really much to say. I run my Kemper Profiler straight into my audio interface und record it in Reaper.

Gladly I'm safe from the virus. I usually get help from my girlfriend shooting the videos but because of corona that's not possible at the moment. Maybe I'll upload a single perspective instead of a multicam cover. Hope you are doing fine too.
