This time we set out to explore new off-road trails in the Western section of the Ozarks near White Rock Mountain and found the sketchiest trail I've ever been down in the Ozarks.

I absolutely can not stop watching your videos. I’m joining your Patron. I’m very good friends with Cris and Miranda Goforth. I have a 2005 Volvo XC70 and my wife and son absolutely love trail riding with me in it. Cris has a Bison Colorado that is an absolute beast! Seen it first hand!

I'm getting a rush just watching them walking down trail. Reminds me of Rubicon trail. The fact his wife and kids want to push forward is awesome. If nothing else you have a jeep with wench. I remembered a time when a friend and I blazed a new trail that everyone started using
That's gotta be the best drone segment I've ever seen starting at about 10:06. to 11;10. And the emmy go to Ozark Overland Adventure for best drone footage 2020.

Heck yeah. We love that oark cafe , we did a sxs ride to it one day from a campground outside of mulberry Arkansas ( mulberry river outdoor adventures campground)
Pretty cool campground by the way, if y’all are ever looking for a spot to camp. The owners are some awesome people and very knowledgeable of the area

Full size rigs can do ok in the Ozarks as long as you don’t mind pinstripes.

I know right!! There's so many trail like that in the Ozarks that are legal but don't see much traffic.
We stumbled upon that hill in the middle of the night going the opposite direction LOL

We actually have 4. lol. But the one you see the most in the videos is Oaklie. The small black and white one. He’s an Aussie Doodle - half Australian Shepherd and half poodle. He’s the best camp and hiking dog!!

Typically they are bad in the summer but this year was pretty mild for some reason. At least to me.
I am trying to figure out if we should attempt riverbank camping in the mulberry river for labor day wknd. As a local do you think it will be impossible to find a spot or will it be too hot and most everyone will stay home?

Labor Day can be hit or miss. Sometimes it's stupid hot and sometimes it's really mild. I plan on being out Labor Day Weekend myself. There should be plenty of spots available.

hey- I'm ready to take a new 4runner on a trip. This looks like a good one if you want to make another run. the Mulberry area is a favorite of mine! head further west toward White Rock!
4Runner? What happened to the Jeep? I was actually in the area south of white rock yesterday doing some exploring. I’ll let you know the next time I go out.

Looked like a fun trail. Are you running factory axle shafts or much aftermarket parts?
I'm running factory shafts and gears (4.10s). I've got C gussets on the knuckles and have completely replaced the suspension components. The only thing stock on the suspension is the rear control arms.

Was it a closed road on the forest map?
Matt does the MVUM continue south past the hurricane creek ford ? My source shows it stops at the creek ? But it wouldn’t be the first time it was wrong. It’s a trail I checked off since it showed that. I hope I’m wrong
Which ford are you talking about? We stayed on the MVUM the whole time.
A few friends and I just went and watched a first gen 4runner on 37s try to hit this. The video does this feature NO JUSTICE. That is crazy. @16:00

Bob Jackson yep it’s Arkansas. Chiggers and ticks are just part of being outdoors here. Lol. And I’m not allergic to poison ivy.
@@OzarkOverlandAdventures I'd have to take a bath in DEET. The chiggers and skeeters would eat me alive. The ivy doesn't bother me much, but would darn near put my wife in the hospital! haha
