Now with this video I realized that I've been doing a lot of things wrong. This is truly the perfect channel for learning Spine! I learned a lot of things! Thank you very much!
Maaaan how are you this cool! Just the other day I was just thinking about how much I'd love to see a tutorial for skins. Thank you so much for all the work you do
I want to have multible perspectives of the same body part, so I can change the perspective of a limb and not have everything look papercutout.. will these containers allow that?
Sorry I do not understand, bones do not contain skins. They contain skin placeholders. You can exclude a skin by unchecking export options when skin is selected
Видео как раз вовремя. Что-то можно подчерпнуть, например, момент с обувью. Только хотелось бы увидеть примеры с разными размерами спрайтов в скинах, более сложные скины и ваш пример решения проблемы.
Hi! I'm working on a game and confused with this Skin feature. How did you set a skin as a default skin in Unity? it seems I have sets a couple of skins, but no one is the default one. Cheers!
I don't understand. when I create my new skin placeholders, do I have to select the mesh and not the original image? and when I create a new skin, can't I copy all parts of the whole character into one folder at the same time? I also have this problem, that I want to treat my images as skins, because I want to change my character from front view to back view. Does it even work for this? I*m so confused.
You should select any type of attachment to create skin placeholder. Make sure you have a skin and it is active. You can duplicate the skin and duplicate folder in directory
@@armanimationn so we wanted to only use one rig for 4 directions that we could jump between, but we don't understand how to make that work at all. our programmer said he needed our animation to be from one skeleton, but I don't understand how he can't make it work properly if we rig and animate the directions in their own projekt files. Do you understand what he could mean?
@@armanimationn yeah I've heard you can do that, but we don't understand how. I've tried implementing what you've talked about in these videos, but I don't understand how to make it work with the one skeleton. Do you have another video on that specifically that I've missed?
Thank you very much! Just dragging the images into the existing Skin Placeholder was just the thing I needed to know!

9:50 - 11:10 I've been waiting for someone to explain this to me, thank you so much!
Thank you! I found here what I could not find in official tutorial!
Such a great VIDEO! I needed it so much, I always didn't fully understand how to use skins in the complex way with its own bones and constraints
Thank you very much. I need practice this topic. Was really confuse for me in the past but now is very clear.
Eeeee!
Дождался))
Спасибо, Арман!
Будем посмотреть!)
omg this help me alot.. thank you so much for the tutorial! 🙇♂

Thank you for making this. I’m a little at a loss about using skins and this is a big help. Looking forward to the next video.

This really helpful, thx a lot for shearing :)

Better if you save those perspective poses in animations not in skins.
@@armanimationn Ive been looking for tutorials that show how to do that.
Check these series ua-cam.com/video/fw-vY6pHjJE/v-deo.html
I like what you do
the effort you put in your videos is incredible .... thank you aloooot ^_^
If you have multiple skins in the same bone. How would you export that out? Would you need multiple JSON files for each skin?

Default skin can be found in JSON. And i believe you can access it through the code. But not in unity inspector
what spine preview did you use at the beginning of the video?
This one

Amazing tutorial. Sir is there any crack version of spine for macos. Just for learning purpose
You can use the trial version as long as you want. For learning it is for sure enough. It includes all features. You just cant save/export
@@armanimationn or import own file . Is it possible ?
@@trendingvideos8346 yes. Import is possible
Thank you!!
Any experience getting this to function in Phaser with the SpinePlugin?
Nope sorry
Great video
is there a way to prepare skin in illustrator also ?please
I have no idea :D. Should be possible
@@armanimationn illustrator hasn't groups, so unfortunately it cant be i thinkl
how do you remove the bone again from the skin?
Select the bone in the skin and click remove from skin button.

My advice not to use different directions of character as skins. Just informed all directions rig them and save them in animations

Make sure you change attachment color and not the slot color

way too much info hard to keep up
This is why I don't make Spine courses :D not that easy to organize all info into a simple message
