Ive only just discovered thus channel after watching Number 27. I am so keen to see how this renovation goes. Ultimately it seems the body amd chassis are in generally good condition. The engine and gearbox also seem to be good to, with a little attention. Ok the interior and some other parts are slightly worse for wear, but hopefully that can be addressed if donor parts from another car can be used.
I've just discovered this, also from Number 27. I've immediately subscribed & will watch all. Ace project; it'll be so satisfying to see this car bought back. Although it initially looked a complete basket case, it wasn't quite so bad once past the cosmetics and the interior. I'm a long term owner of an '89 Esprit Turbo (carb model). Great cars now getting the appreciation they've lacked for so long. All the best
nice that the AC control knobs are still there!. Last time I went calling, I found the large ones, but the smaller ones are apparently unobtanium. I ended up sourcing some fancy ones from PNM.

It’ll be fine... quick wipe and maybe a new steering wheel...
Good luck from the UK!!
I always wanted an Esprit!!
Looks terrible, but much better than it did before! Looking forward to the updates
Suggested to change the timing belt!
Serious work ahead of you.

Yes. I think the end caps are available, but not the knobs. The big ones are available and so are reproduction panels.
Can't wait to see more.
You might need an extractor vac, I just bought one for my old car. Loving the progress my man.
To far gone bro
