It's a hard concept, this goes for any mountain bike spot, not just the indoor ones. No spot is fun to ride all the time. It's the variation of many places that makes mountain biking fun. However this makes it hard for a lot of parks to be financial viable. There just isn't that much money to be made in mountain biking.
