Setting Up An Adafruit Proto Shield To Upload To An ATTiny84

There is a project I am working on in which I intend to use the ATTiny84. You can program this IC (Integrated Circuit) using an Arduino UNO. I was able to accomplish this with a breadboard. However when I need to repeat a task, I prefer something with more stable connections. On a breadboard, a slipped wire can make things unpredictable.
I had an Adafruit Proto Shield (the one I used is discontinued but they sell a kit here www.adafruit.c...) sitting around and I figured this is a great use case for it. This way I can install the IC, upload the program, pull the IC and move on. Rinse and repeat as many times as required.
