Until Vera can keep my brisket from drying out during the cook, I am keeping my Traeger (Which I pretty much only use for Burgers/Steaks/Desserts these days. Everything else smokes on the offset)

Ant, I’ve enjoyed your vids now for quite a while. Have a question about your cooking are you still cooking on your stick burners ie your 500 gallon smoker? Sure do enjoy your documentaries.
These days not so much. Only time I've been cooking on stick burners is helping out at the restaurants between getting the shots I need. Mostly just been using this pellet smoker at home
When the company goes out of business or gets bought out in a few years and stops supporting the app backend it'll just be a regular smoker, will any of the manual controls actually do all the stuff the app can?
Dude, this technology is 100% real. Think about sensors that manage heat, smoke, able to submit best cook data back into the neutral network machine learning. Super exciting times!
Never found a good use for an outdoor pellet oven unless I wanted to not heat my house on the inside. Let’s talk about how wooden pellets are used to heat the outdoor pellet oven. Very little smoke from pellet ovens. Cook biscuits and cakes on pellet ovens. Cheers!
