Actual way to ripe the raw mangoes in a box is to make layers of dry grass and raw mangoes. It should not be more than three layers. Dry grass creats the warmness in a box. It helps to ripe the fruit quickly. But you have to check the mangoes twice or thrice a day.

And its better to dip the mangoes for an hour or 2 in a bucket before cutting to eat it absorbs all heat.

@harshsharma5392 that’s a valid question, we’re not settle in India, but we’re currently living in India, (transition phase) we will be moving back sometime. For work-wise, online consulting work. Most important is finding a balance of what you want, with us, we try to find a balance between work, travel and exploring this beautiful country, but yes it doesn’t happen overnight.
