      @@Bertone what else could it be? Rich people only get rich by enriching the lives of others. You use Amazon, UA-cam, google, iPhone and you own a car, right? The people who own those companies are rich bc they provided you a product and you gave them your money because you saw value in those products. It took time, dedication and hard work to build these products from scratch and most people don’t have that dedication or confidence. That’s why there’s more middle class Americans than rich people. At least this is my understanding of it. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

    So happy he’s playing for my favorite team!! He will make Boston a better city! So true about wealth disparity, you can be in Boston next to millionaires and a 10 minute walk your in a poor neighborhood.

    It was surprising that 10 months ago he got the most expensive contract in the NBA. What is more surprising is that, while not being the best regular season player, he earned every penny of that contract. Very few or none get the ROI on the contract like him!

    JB should leverage some of the big financial firms in Boston to help with this project, there are many - 2 of the top 5 financial services teams in the WORLD are in Boston. His vision can happen.

    Never in sport’s history I’ve seen a athlete get paraded for a big contract and discuss what he plans on doing with the money.. they never do this to White Athletes

      Vocational trades are where it's at. Apprenticeship programs are free for students go down to the union hall in the trade that interests you. You'll get to work, earn, and save money. There's no magic bullet to be handed out by the government.
      Got to want it and do it for yourself.

    Jaylen Brown is an all star in the NBA no doubt but it honestly makes me SICK how athletes can make this kind of money to play a child’s game. That goes for all sports. I LOVE sports but it’s crazy how much money is involved in the economics of sports. The guy got so much money that he can’t even decide what to DO with it. Ridiculous.

    Until education is valued, and a work ethic is developed in urban areas, there will be gaps in wages, wealth, savings, whatever.
    Those are internal struggles. Figure them out yourselves.

      Those values don’t develop in adulthood.. They’re instilled in kids and evolve from there into adults with those values who in turn pass values onto their kids.. He’s targeting kids and instilling those values early on to start a cycle of them passing it on to theirs. I know that scares you doesn’t it?. So stop hating
