What a lovely and inspiring guitar. It truly sings. Fantastic and so versatile.

I bought one of these in 2008, had no intention of buying anything that day and hadn’t ever considered a Gretchen, but tried it and had to have it. The pick-up tones are magic.

Excellent demo! Love how he started out nice and clean then started ripping it up, great playing and love how this great Gretsch sounds! 👍

6:16 he turns up, starts hitting hard, and you can hear/see the Duo Jet take him for a rip! Great demonstrater.

These are “hidden” gems. I’m just trying to decide between tone knob or tone toggle … & dynasonics or filtertrons

I got a gretsch after seeing dave gilmore play one for the comfortably numb solo at robert wyatts Meltdown (see David gilmore Unplugged ). It's a jet he played to record 5am ...i recommend this guitar. it's a beutifilull chimey guitar

Interesting accent. Can't figure out whether you're a Jock or a Manc... Don't be offended, I'm a Manc living in Brum, so I'm sure mine is equally 'interesting'. 🤣
