Hey, thanks for this video - it *almost* solved my Mailchimp drama! Do you have any advice for when you want to subscribe someone through the sign-up form URL, but it then sends a 'reconfirmation' type email to their email address saying: Almost finished... We need to confirm your email address. To complete the subscription process, please click the link in the email we just sent you. This is that part that I can't seem to get past. TIA! x

undo import needed but button 'view' from last import not working to undo, undo is available for other old imports- what can cause this - and can delete and re-import everything with cleaner lists

Mailchimp has updated its interface in some accounts. These are the new instructions: Create a segment for Subscription Status = Cleaned contacts -> Press the 3 dots -> Delete Contacts -> "I want to clean up my archive" -> Continue to archive -> "Permanently delete instead"

Thanks Rodney! I noticed MailChimp can do SMS automations. I'd like to put people in a multi SMS campaign but if they respond, I would kick them out of the queue so they don't get any more messages. Do you know how I could do this? I set it up with if/else loops based on New SMS engagement - i think this means if they engage with an SMS, then I can remove them automatically. But I wasn't sure if that's how it would work, or what would be defined as an engagement (does that include opens?)... Any thoughts?
