Really appreciate the timing, good information, but not tortuously slow where it isn’t necessary (filling cups, finishing, etc.). Clear instructions. Gave me some great ideas.
Thanks for sharing this. I’ve watched many of Claire’s videos. She does beautiful work, as well. Your painting is so beautiful in its simplicity. This same technique could be used for many other color combos, different seasons, etc. I’m inspired.
Your prepping I have For the holiday season interesting I really liked how you use all the official Christmas colors in your acrylic painting it looks awesome
That’s gorgeous! My friend wants something with these colors and I’ve been paralyzed because red and green make mud! This is EXCELLENT! Thanks for the inspiration to explore!! ✌️💜😊
Wow, that came out amazing Anna! That is a great way to combine colors that generally don't play well together! Great idea for the colors of Mardi Gras: purple, green, and gold! I've watched Claire's videos, and she does fantastic work too.
That’s a very interesting pour. I’m not a traditional Christmas color person. Red is my color, but green is growing on me. I think you did a fabulous job keeping the colors separate.
This is really cool, it's giving me massive candy cane vibes! I was wondering whether you could you could use a metallic pearl white in the red section in place of the gold and then make the lines gold instead of white? If you then painted a big fluffy gold Christmas gift bow towards one of the corners it would look like a Christmas present! 😊 It's definitely a great way to do things if you want to use colours that will mix badly, but don't want it to make mud. If you didn't want the sharp stripes and candy cane vibes you could remove the tape and then use a skewer to make pretty swirls on the borders. I think your way is better for the Christmas theme though! It's really awesome!
This came out beautifully Anna! Will make such a nice addition to your Christmas decorations! I e watched Claire as well, she is such an inspiration. You both do such an amazing job at explaining the whole process. Thanks for sharing!
