Yes sister Prophet Yusuf(pbuh) was a extremely handsome man. But we cannot compare anyone to Allah in any aspect. Quran 112-4 "Wa lam ya kul-lahoo kufuwan ahad" And there is none comparable to Him.
It is said that when Allah created Yusuf AS, he gave him half of the beauty and the other half was distributed to the rest of the world.

this surah and Ta'ha. Are just mind blowing to me. And Baqarah and Imran. Like its so blatantly obvious this is from God. Its not "amazing", its like the truth. The placement of everything, what is being said, how it is said, what is not included, what is included. Its just subhannallah. Some things are said makes you wonder, like "I fear that a wolf will eat him". But actually Jacob is wise because when the kids came back they said a wolf ate him, so he caught them in their lie. It shows that Jacob already seen their jealousy and anticipated them to act on it somehow. But this is all like telling a real story, like someone been there witnessing.

Prophet yusuf took the half of beauty and humanity took the other half. So the beautiful lady for example from the begining of creation till the day of judgement can not much even one attom of his beauty. He was described in Qur'an as an angel not human.

It is shirk to say "Yusuf (as)'s beauty is part of Allah's beauty or He had little bit of the beauty of Allah ". Astagfirullah. Shirk means ,""Associating others with Allah". Shirk is the biggest sin in Islam.
"(The gate) was opened for us and I saw Yusuf (peace of Allah be upon him) who had been given half of (world) beauty...."
-(Sahih Muslim 162a)
What the hadith means is that Yusuf [peace be upon him] was endowed with a large share of the beauty of the people of the world- more than anyone else, but some scholars said the Prophet [peace and blessings be upon him], as the speaker, was excluding himself from this comparison. [S. Usmani, Fath al Mulhim]
Ibn al-Munayyir opined that it does not mean half of the beauty in the world, rather, half of the beauty that the Prophet Muhammad [Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him] was given, as he reached the limit, while Yusuf only reached half of that. [al-Munawi, Fayd

You can't describe this as shirk as she only said he possesses beauty from Allah himself, with a distinction. Further, she clearly said we do not know the (literal) beauty of Allah , which is true
The correct response is yes, none of us truly know the beauty of Allah or what he has gifted Yusuf. I do not think she meant Yusuf (literally) has Allah's features, but rather specific blessings and beauty from himself.
I know you are probably trying to help but I think it is discouraging when she only asked a question, and you are replying in this way. Your comment has very helpful information but I think you misunderstood her point, instead rushing to call this shirk without any clear indication of that.

Allah's power, beauty, etc. are his own attributes. His attributes are uncreated. Associating these uncreated attributes with creation is shirk. Hindus have created many false gods by idolizing various attributes separately.
The beauty of Yusuf (As) is part of God's creation. Combining this created beauty with uncreated beauty is shirk.

If God wanted He could have made all of you a single nation.( ie single religion ) But He willed otherwise in order to test you in what He has given you (ie Scriptures) therefore try to excel one another in good deeds. Islam mean "submission" to God
( The above verse saying is that God will not accept a religion from the >MUSLIM< and the Non-Muslims but total "submission" to God )
Question: How Can Muslim And the Non-Muslim "submit" to the God?
Answer: Be kind to other human beings and Do not lie, Do not steal, Do not cheat, Do not hurt others, Do not be prideful and Do the charity work.
Note: If you obeyed all the ABOVE Allah-God's moral laws "YOU" submitted to God.( ie Islam mean "submission" to God )
The only people who will enter Paradise those who '' Submitted to God '' ( ie by Good Deeds )
God does NOT accept your religion of birth but only ''Your Total'' Submission to Him.
( God Allows Interfaith Marriages And Eat Food From the Christian And Jew And Vice Versa )
Quran 5:5
''This day [all] good foods have been made lawful, and the food of those who were given the Scripture (ie Christian and Jew) is lawful for you and your food is lawful for them. And lawful in marriage are chaste women from among the believers (ie Muslim ) and chaste women from among those who were given the Scripture (ie Christian and Jew) before you, when you have given them their due compensation, desiring chastity not unlawful sexual intercourse or taking [secret] lovers. And whoever denies the faith - his work has become worthless and he in the Hereafter will be among the losers.''

Question to Muslim and Christian:
Does God / Allah only answer your pray ?
And God / Allah does not answer non Muslim / non Christian pray?
Did Allah '' Canceled '' all other religions Judaism and Christianity?

On the day of judgement God will ''NOT'' judge humanity bases on Sunni Muslim sect VS Shia Muslim sect ''NOR'' by Muslim VS non-Muslim >but< Doer of Goods VS Doer of Evils.
'' YOUR " birth in the Muslim's family is NOT a > qualification < for to enter the Paradise.
'' YOUR " religion / sect / foot long beard is NOT a > qualification < for to enter the Paradise.
The > qualification < to enter Paradise is > Faith in God and Good Work
My questions is...do u see christian prostate as prophets? Pay zakah n salah as long as they live?...good deed not enough...believe one god...salah, zakah as prophets did n good actions....but surely nowdays their just believe 3 god n talk but no action...the day u brought up has passed...only 0.1% aside from islam will as u said...not sure about that either...Allahu a'lam
