I have struggled with intestinal blockages and poor quality of life. I tried many intestinal type frequency videos with little success. I never considered myself to be even worthy of chakra work when this came on by chance or divine intervention. I wouldn't have made it to the toilet had it been even 6 inches farther away, and for 2 days have crapped more than I've eaten this year. There's a supernatural element to this channel, and that's about the only good thing I can say about the internet in general. Thanks have been spoken many times in comments. I have tried so many of Sapien's tracks but THIS one I keep coming back to. I feel it instantly and it really 'takes out the garbage', scrubs me clean! And uplifts energy instantly ! My flight was delayed just as we were boarding due to a crew member going sick. This meant I would miss a connecting flight to get home. I randomly played this frequency - only because it came up - not with the intention of changing my flight situation. But anyway, instead of departing at the later time of 11 am, they brought the delayed flight forward and it left at 9:30 am. Assists with dissolution of pain, which is basically resistance held in the body, in any of the chakras. I’ve developed stiff neck (I could easily say oh it’s because of cold weather or turning my head too much during swimming. The real truth is that the neck pain developed because of my inability to flex my perspective on a particular issue, and blocking my throat chakra by not speaking my truth 😀). Once this clicked and I used this field to clear the chakra blockage, stiffness disappeared. @@bigstonez hmm.. Ive been doing that a lot in past month and i found myself finding new channels, But still listening sapien too and i have couple mp3s that i bought so.. Cutting karmic ties doesnt mean automatically that relationship etc. Ends, it only evolves to its higher expression,But majority of cases relationship Ends cos the karmic ties were so negative like abuse etc. And the other end usually does not evolve as much so that connection could be loving and continue.

Karmic ties are simple debit and credit ..when you pay back what you owe ..cud be caring..money.. hatred.. compassion..support etc..for eg..a girl instead of flowing into her life stays back to take care of her mother sacrificing her regular life...it's a example of karmic tie..when her mother had in some life done same for her now it's her turn to pay back that caring..so on...but with meditation these ties can be fast forwarded so your circle of life and death comes to end when you have zero balance in your debit credit..that's what is called moksha in oriental philosophy..that's when your soul is free of karmic bondage and ready for what God has next in store for you...phew..I hope I have not offended anyone's religious sentiments..

Bastian Reartes Wellll lol...I’ve basically been releasing massive loads of ancient trauma, changing timelines, letting go of friendship dynamics that no longer serve, and creating new boundaries and actually enforcing them, which is a lot of big stuff for me. My dream recall has been snapping back in, I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night on occasion hearing clear tones and frequencies, and I’ve started seeing more little sparkles of blue light here and there. What’s so valuable to me though, is that I’m beginning to see my true life purpose unfolding before me, and there is nothing more juicy and exciting than that, my friend :)

The first two minutes of listening, the aching pain in my upper neck dissolve and a sudden pulsating and tingly feeling came to my hand. 3 minutes into it, the aching feeling on the side of my back is gone too. @@EastsidegoonOCD isn't a label, it's a real disease that shouldn't be minimalized. I do agree that you can do a lot of healing around it, but acknowledging that you have something is the first step towards healing. Sapien Medicine acknowledges the conditions we have that keep us from living our fullest lives and that is how they are able to help us address them. Yes the mind is powerful and you can manifest unwanted conditions out of your life, but they are real conditions when we are experiencing them not just labels. States like chronic depression, grief, OCD, anxiety disorder do exist.

@@nnconfomiststoic888 sorry I did not see your comments but the changes are very specific to each person as each person's chakras are different depending on the person as whole and what energy they project. But for me this subliminal really helped with blockage of the third eye or the pineal. If you don't know once the pineal is open your crown chakra opens and vibrates at a high frequency and the energy flow in your body is amplified. This video also helps to clear blockages in the lower chakras helping yourself to get out of survival mode only focusing on the physical world. I'll let you know the physical world (the mayat) is just an illusion a hoax it only meant to reflect the inner you your higher taking you through the lesson you need to learn to rise in the dimensions off this plane until you're a true ascended master.

Can't say for sure if the two are related but I trust so much in the power of this channel, so they likely are...
After listening to this on repeat while having an afternoon sleep, that night I woke up with a swollen /burning throat that kept me awake. The next day it progressed to aching ears and sinuses, and today it is a full fledged head cold, and not a nice one. Interestingly under my my eyes where that part of my sinuses is is causing sooo much grief, and that exact spot has been a problem area for circulation and bulging veins due to neurological impairment. I have also been expelling a lot from my bowels.

Was in so much pain I played sat still and just started breathing. I could feel my whole body tensing up it was painful but hen it was like a big release of stress and I could breathe. My kundalini energy has been feeling very trapped and I’m stuck in a bad situation sleeping in my car. I’m ready for my energy to flow so I can ascend to my next chapter in life

I found that this video causes me to shake my arms and legs, and speed up my breathing. I needed it, I have a lot of tension in my body.
My frontal lobe/top of head really feel something going on. My arms feel like they are glowing...the heat you feel on your skin when you first getting out from a tanning bed.
