This is the Helle Nord Knife in one minute. The Nord is similar to styling to the Helle Utvaer - both are full tang knives but the Nord is a much larger knife.
The handle is curly birch at 5.4 or 137 mm in length and the blade is a 3.7 mm thick 14C28N stainless steel that tops out at 5.8 inches long, so again this is a large knife that's thin enough to be an effective cutter but tough enough to do practically anything you need your knife to do.
