I think one thing that can't be empahsized enough is how slow you really have to be when pressure passing, taking every inch as victory while slowly cooking and wearing out your training partner. Maybe a video on how to drill properly so your not creating bad habits? Seems like this is one of the things you were and still always try to hammer into everyones head yet people don't seem to understand what it means. I think people try to drill quickly because they have some wild misconception that it is going to impress their instructor/professor, but the reality is they are skipping key details, creating a bad habit, and also not impressing anyone. It's definitely one thing I wish I had done when I was starting out.
@@GilAlcocer17 there was definitely a good point made with Tainan and his ability to incorporate both. Obviously that’s working well for him at the highest level.
