A very beautiful home but I have a favor to ask You! When going through the homes can you please open up cabinets to see if they're soft closing cabinets. Seeing how some of these houses function turn the camera upward to see if it's climate controlled. And last thing put down when going through these homes to what rooms are they and so on. And slow down and not be in such a rush let us see without getting dizzy 😊 but you're doing a wonderful job just need to show your homes. Beautiful home but you need map quest to now where you are. Love the chandeliers in the home as well. The floors are gorgeous. Great job my friend. The outside area is beautiful. All the green space gives a lot of privacy. 😊

Thanks for watching and for asking. This is a community that was originally established in the 1970s. Since then they have both built new homes and renovated existing homes in this neighborhood

Some of the design of this house is not well thought out. For example…when you look through the kitchen into the butler pantry… the first thing you see is that ugly stainless steel fridge instead of something pretty. That fridge should’ve been on the opposite wall and out ofsight…and some lovely shelves with some styling should’ve been in its place. Can’t do laps in the pool due to the sun shelf. The wall treatment behind the bed in the primary …. No good.
