This is not even close to 4 million. Not well thought out with extra large windows and glass doors with neighbors and a street 20 feet in front of you. Unattached garage...really! You show some real winners but this one misses the mark.

This house is STUNNING...but PLEASE architects of the world: can we LOSE the kitchen islands with either sinks or stove tops? PLEASE?? Who wants to sit at the sink? Or the stove top--in any home, let alone one on the market for $4m. And glass railings....Okay...rant is done. 🤪
That's entirely too many access point for me. Doors leading directly outside in every room it seems. It's different. I'm not sure I see 4 million in that home. Maybe 2.3 million.
I'd be paranoid living with such an open house to the public.

This home is an abomination of design. Mixed hardware finishes, mixed door panels, garage door & bay layout is non sensical, long hallway upstairs without back staircase.
Absolutely stunning! However, I do feel it is better suited for a larger private lot.
First home I completely liked without a pool because it is laid out correctly for me even with an upstairs I may not use that often.... NICE
The Kitchen Is Too Small for 4 mil House
Yea that’s true kinda remind me of what they used to call a Shotgun House where everything flows in one direction
Also not a big fan of living in a glass house
The barn board storage room under the stairs looks like a toolshed in your kitchen!
This is a beautiful home especially if your a person like myself who LOVES windows and natural light!!! my only small issues is I wish they would have made the living room (front) a solid wall - the one facing the street, also would have only had patio doors in the middle and windows on the side of patio door match on both sides.....

The outside of this house is fantastic, but the distribution of the second floor is odd....

I noticed a construction mistake on the chimney . NO FLASHING ON THE CHIMNEY ,
which will lead to water damage leaks where the roof meets the chimney !!!

I love the reclaimed wood! Not up against a stark white wall, but up to the owners to decorate. Clearly I'm up North because when I saw that driveway all I thought was it's a damn good thing Nashville gets hardly any snow because whoever would have to shovel that driveway would probably die. I love the study! Odd location I thought. I'm not sure if I like these super long houses as they tend to have unusual floor plans. Like the upstairs hallway. I'd fully expect to see twin girls screaming REDRUM at me while I was just trying to ride my Big Wheel in peace. 🙃

Great showing, thank you for posting!!!!...I could def see the maid stating up front, "I don't do windows"......Wayyyyyyyyyyyy to many windows for me. However, even with that said.....It's a keeper....I like the layout, the high ceilings and the layout of the Master!!!!
This house is Beautiful!!! I’m a sucker for big open windows but this is a bit much. A little privacy is needed, especially in the bathrooms❤️
I cant figure out the closest upstairs. The one with the weird 10" wide nook and the one that looks like a pantry. For storage you think the shelving would be adjustable.

The cabinetry is exquisite. And it is bright and fresh. Love it. Just wish the floors weren’t dark.
