I have a question about your stream and the hours of music you're gathering. How liberal will you be in defining a song as a 'chiptune'? Will you include some songs that actually have lyrics, such as mootboxle - make you love me ?
That's what bothering me. Obviously I cannot provide top notch content in such huge amounts, I'm forced to include songs into rotation that I would not use in mixes. In the same time the stream shoud be something pleasant, something one could enjoy in any time of joining it. And I really need to sort it all out. So the main criteria should be the quality of a song, and not it's strict belonging to a certain genre. Because there are tons of of "true" chiptune tracks, made by all canons with trackers only and original chips like c64 or SID, but they are just awful. And still you may find many songs, which are not 100% chiptune but they are good. And using them is OK, I think.
In majority of these playlist videos music songs, it's best to ignore the retardant cringe song track titles on each song in general, and enjoy the decent music naturally. That's what I do most moments. Anyways♪
