Those do indeed look fantastic! Team flats here. The corn starch or baking powder does work great for crunch, but downside because of all the carbs (Ketogenic diet here). I prefer to use the dry salt brine method overnight at least uncovered in the fridge. I still get very crispy wings. And, nekkid 1st, garlic parm 2nd, Buffalo 3rd, BBQ 4th.
