Please, realize OCD is awful to actually have and isn’t about being neat, clean or organized, thats a minority. Generally it’s just obsessive and it controls your life negatively. People who hoard trash tend to have OCD, that’s the obsession. Source: For a very long time I would scrub myself until I was bleeding because I didn’t feel ‘clean’ otherwise, so I would simply not shower to avoid the hazard. I’ve managed it down to just washing my hands 3-4 times when I start washing them and scrubbing until just slightly welted. OCD isn’t fun, quirky or cute.

There are 3 easy solutions (easy being subjective): 1. Turn the Beacon into a even beam beacon (2x2, 4x4 etc.) or; 2. Rebuild the whole structure for symmetry or; 3. Accept that you have OCD and ignore it and all criticism that you may hear since it's functionally fine even if it doesn't look good.

For example, wanting things to be tidy isn't ocd. But if you have intrusives thoughts, something you can't shake off like 'If I don't organize these things in a certain order I will die horribly very soon', than that's ocd. I explained very briefly, you can do more research if you'd like. I have it, and it's really not a fun thing to have.
