For anyone who was wondering, before this process starts rubber is extracted from Rubber Trees (typically the Para Rubber Tree). It's strange because people think rubber is a man-made material but it's actually all plant based. It would have been cool if they showed the process starting with the tree.

The rubber bands were satisfying to watch. Thankfully I didn't experience the anxiety that so many of you wrote about because of the one band that remained intact. However, I have seen several videos of the work it takes to make rubber bands....so watching their hard work being destroyed so easily, made my heart hurt a little for them. At least by destroying so many of the bands in one fell swoop, the workers have job security. 😂🥰❣️

The rubber bands were satisfying to watch. Thankfully I didn't experience the anxiety that so many of you wrote about because of the one band that remained intact.
However, I have seen several videos of the work it takes to make rubber bands....so watching their hard work being destroyed so easily, made my heart hurt a little for them.
At least by destroying so many of the bands in one fell swoop, the workers have job security. 😂🥰❣️
And I just threw it away.. I feel bad now :(
