Leather Crafting - Making A Passport Wallet
Sometimes we have to make super fast samples for clients to see what different materials will look like together. In this video we're taking a look at that process. We use our cutting dies to make up this leather passport case quickly with natural veg tan leather and crimson threads, to be sent out to a client overnight for a project we're working with them on.
These samples are made quickly with no glue, but they are still super strong! We've used samples like this for 5-7 years without any issue.

As always, very nice! I'm searching for a pattern for your Passport Wallet. I just finished making your Travel Wallet. I'd like to make one with the exterior pocket, split ring and snap, just like in this video. Are you planning on selling the pattern?

Thanks so much! We usually use Hermann Oak veg tan. We use a few different die makers in the US
