I love how you started with the very basics, which is helpful for someone like me who has started with music theory

Omg. I lost my bookmarks of your website and how happy I'm here after hardly finding it again after hours haha.
It's good listening to your familiar voice again and I'd try to keep up the pace.
    Thanks a lot Dave!

Thank you. This is the only video I’ve found that’s actually explained what an octave is!

I started guitar recently but wanted to truly understand what the notations meant. Thank you very much for clearly explaining why what is as it is in basic music theory☺️

Thanks for helping me to understand the difference between pitches and octaves. This video should almost be required viewing for beginning students of music.

Great video man! You made this so easy to understand. Most of the other videos I was looking at were confusing. Double thumbs up 👌🏼

I play by sound and have been trying ti figure why a g or whatever note is higher on one instrument than another. So basically its same note different octave. Best explanation thanks!

I have a question and I am expecting an answer. While singing a duet does male and female singer sing one octave apart?

As a perfect pitch guy, hesring vibrations and sounds is very annoying tbh since when you hear that sound, you're brain will find what Note that siund hits.
