Thank you for sharing. I need help with your measurements for the muffins recipe. It says 3/4 cup of flour but my mixture turned into a dough just after 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour. I'm using US cups/tbsp/tsp for measuring. I had to eyeball and prepare the mixture.

Hi Mmpinky84,
US cups are big. Always add the flour in 2-3 parts until well combined. I took a 180 ml cup size.
It's ok, not to worry. If you are making it for a baby older than 10 months, you can add 1 or 2 egg yolk or yoghurt to make it thin. Also, add some more oil to balance it.

Time depends on the type of pan or cooker you are using. Usually, it takes about 30-35 minutes or simply until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
