Why haven't I thought of using a smaller table and sitting while winding?! Genius! I also have the Stanwood and can't recommend it enough (especially for winding larger skeins of yarn like Bernat blanket or Sweet Snuggles). I'm not sure what should go on top of your beautiful yarn storage...will things get dusty up there? Curious what others will suggest. TFS!
Yeah things might get dusty up there…. hmmm maybe I could put my yarn scraps up there in a cool case?!

Why do you say “skeen” instead of “Skayn”? And what do you do with all of that acrylic?
I’ve heard people say it both ways. It could be my Minnesotan accent or because I’m hard of hearing and my hearing aids register it differently so I say what I “hear”.
Last year I made a ton of acrylic Christmas ornaments, lately I’ve been making shrimp!
