There goes a very, very, very Wise Woman. I'll be forever grateful that I followed an intuition today to search for Maureen Gaffney on UA-cam. I was not expecting this golden nugget of insight into the endless possibilities for growth and 'flourishing' if we know how to harness the dynamism of the human psyche. Talk about having an 'awe' experience. Go raibh míle maith agat Maureen. Beannachtaí go deo!

I've heard of Maureen for so many years, and today I came across this talk - it really blew me away. She describes coaching, but self-coaching, at such a visceral level... I don't know many people who'd be able to be that honest with themselves. But, worth talking about and worth attempting to do... we only have one life, after all...

Yes what dosen`t kill us makes us stronger, Post Traumatic Growth. The way you think is the way you feel, conquer your way of negative thinking and you will empower yourself to realise your dreams. By being mindful of your envioronment, and strive to remain on the positive pathway. When failure comes to visit, remember they are our greatest teachers, and failures are not negatives. Always remember learning to cycle your bike, how many time did you fall, only to get right back up there again, falling didn`t stop us then, so why should it stop us now.

Thank you very much. I was with you practically all the way until the end. Imo, death makes life's endeavours and struggles meaningless. Capitalism, in reality, induces competition, killing compassion, or, at least, making it taboo, as food comes first, no? In a year's time I'm expecting the SENS Research Foundation's treatment to be on prescription!! Btw, i abandoned my grandmother b4 she died, bc i couldn't face it. to prepare myself for her 'passing', i came to france, bc she had gone to a convent run by french nuns for her 'schooling', and the women here remind me of her. don't know what god's goin to say bout this ... : ( .
