The more stuff you record, the more viewers you'll receive... you guys are already the best in the rotary game in the States.... you should have much more subs than you currently have, but releasing on a schedule and recording more work and especially more rotors spinning/flames spitting/tires smoking, is what will bring you the amount of subs needed to be able to build whatever you want, whenever you want, for yourselves and for whomever you choose.... just gotta keep to a schedule is the main thing. Wish I was in the position to source either an FB Series 2(tied favorite with the US 93 R1 FD in CYM or JDM 99 Type RS in Black 👌🏻) or FD ↑ or my technically 2nd favorite (since 1st is tied with the FB & FD lol) the FC Series (be nice to be gifted and Infini IV lol).... and have you guys build me a simple, studded, clearanced, semi PP 13B single turbo for any and all of them.... I'm a simple man, a 20B PP turbo in an FD would be a dream, but so would a simple 550-650hp 13B that has a wicked idle lope at red lights 😅
Whoever initially "built" that car for him did that man a disservice.... the fuel system should've been the first thing along with the ignition if swapping to a standalone ECU, then of course, cooling and exhaust.... it's crazy how many "builders" completely neglect the fuel system and just think a pump and bigger injectors are going to cut it ... quickest way to burn down your rotors or pistons....fuel system, ignition system, ECU control, and cooling before anything else. Glad you're fixing it up for him, car is entirely too clean to be half assed like that 👌🏻
Good to see you again and nice to see Papi! Customer seems happy so far. Can't wait to see where it ends up after tuning. My friend would also say put a rotary back in the FD. 😁
I miss mine too. It's been 25 years though. I had a friend at the time, had a very nice fb, full bridge ported, very nice exhaust, proper carb setup. Had quite a bit in it back then. Like 14k he said. It was not as fast as the stock fc turbo, not even close. But goddamn it sounded and looked mint. Fb are super fun with their little baby 4 barrels. Buy a cheap one, rip everything out of the interior to lighten her up, and lop off the exhaust, rally that motherfucker, lighting fires in hayfields with it spitting flames and shit. Good stuff. Oh to be young again
@@philbert006 this comment made me smile. My rotary experience was also well over 25 years ago. Had a black turbo ii that drove great right up until the day I started her and she blew up. I didn't know anything about premix at the time and I suspect now looking back it was oiling (or lack of) that caused the failure. I wish I could go back in time and do things differently. It was a great car.
That's a very happy customer, nice work.

So, is jimmy gonna toast his FC again? Gonna need a bigger turbo, but you can kinda see him already thinking about it.
How much HP did it make on the dyno?
