Sunken boats in Puget Sounds underworld

Hello to all... Any body want a free boat? 40ft. of water, looked to be 14ft. laying upside down no motor..... Question stolen or heavy storm seas with rain filled the boat bringing it to the bottom. But remember Puget sounds strong currents with high wind backing the water flow this boat could have moved miles before laying here at this location.
