所在地の位置関係が動画ではわかりにくい! 公園口からの無駄な移動カットは使わないほうが良い! 京成上野駅の並びのようだが、目印になる施設などからのズームアウトやパンを入れたほうが良いです。
ホテルの外観からでも施設名はわかるがホテルの紹介なんだから名前くらい入れるべき。あと料金も!
朝のカフェや焼肉は要らない情報。カプセルホテルの付帯設備と観てる人が勘違いします。(場面変換、場所移動の説明カットが弱いから)
