Chicken Fettuccini with Alfredo Cream is one of my favorite pasta dishes!
I've prepared a recipe for a delicious, creamy pasta that you can make at home instead of going to a restaurant.
Your family will love it! 🥰
Ingredients: (Servings: 2)
- Chicken breast - 450 g (2 pieces).
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Salt, black pepper
- Fettuccini pasta - 250 g
- 3 cloves of garlic
- cream - 450 ml.
- Parmesan cheese - 70 g
- Parsely
- Olive oil, butter
- onions - 2 pcs.
Tips:
- If you don't like parmesan cheese, add more salt.
- If you don't eat butter, you can replace it with olive oil.

For people in UK, Ireland, Australia etc 'heavy cream' is cream with a fat content of about 36%. In different countries they have different names for different types of cream. But in the UK and Australia you're best off getting 'whipping cream' which has a similar fat content. Often people think that American 'heavy cream' is the same as 'double cream' but double cream has a fat content of 48% so is much richer.
Thank you for clarifying that. I saw a recipe that asked for heavy cream. When it was added it looked like whipping cream. In my country (south Africa) heavy cream is very thick. Almost buttery

I think the cream brings the recipe together and forms a nice sauce and makes everything taste better. You could use sour cream too or plain yoghurt
