Squire RBT, you should do a rebuild of any team but every starter must be benched and every 7 weeks you can bring one of your players back to starting. The players will still regress/progress so choose your players wisely.

You could try a rebuild with 1) no re-signings, only franchise tag, and/or 2) no contracts longer than a couple of years (other than draft picks).

Hey rbt when you are trying to find a mentor you should first sort them by age so they have a better chance cause they older .
