We don't like immigration agents - the ones' that aren't authorized by ICCRC and qualified to help you with your application in exchange for money - first of all, it's not legal to do that, and second of all, it's so easy that you don't really need paid help! We are a young couple who started their Canadian Immigration journey in 2018 and moved to Canada 3 days before the pandemic hit in March 2020. Over the course of our application, we have seen so many people getting screwed over by greedy / fraudulent and unauthorized immigration consultants who promise you the world in exchange for thousands of dollars and deliver a whole lot of NOTHING; to an extent that in many cases, the applications get rejected, due to their negligence.

Primary and secondary schools in Canada is garbage - Students dont even wear uniform - They just wear night dress and come to school.

You absolutely need French to find work in Montreal. It might be difficult while studying as well.

I'm asking about when we should have a job offer to include it in the Express Entry(EE) profile? I mean if someone got a job offer before applying EE profile, then when do they join that job! till then HR will allow that extent? I mean the whole PR process takes time right! Or need to apply after getting PR? In that case, does the 50 points for a job offer will count in EE profile? As an international student how much can one save if he/she is living in Toronto / GTA areas compared to small cities like Kitchener / Windsor / Ottawa
On an average basis how much could be the savings considering life style is similar in both cases
Not much difference
Maybe a little on rent… everything else is same
Mostly on rent
We should make one on Vancouver too.. its beautiful heaven.. just the property prices are 1M+ [that too for 2br apartment] its crazy right now. And living outside is not a choice but only a forced reason :( hope government does put a cap on these prices soon.

Guys, I was watching your video about when u bought your home, I have a suggestion, don't keep your garage key on the sun visor in your car, keep it in the glove box so it's hidden as it's an access to your house, god forbid your car gets broken into atleast they won't straight go inside your home. Better yet upgrade to a digital garage opener thing that fits into the old opener and u can open it with your phone.

Overall : If new immigrants prefer & enjoy living close to nature (Jasper / Banff National Park) , open spaces, relaxed environment , affordable houses and still pay 8% lower tax on everything they buy, then they should consider living in Calgary. If they prefer living in concrete jungle, long commutes, higher taxes, unaffordable housing ( are ok to live in Condo/TownHome), then they should definitely consider Toronto

It’s a boring city, there is nothing there.
If your life is work and staying home and doing nothing, then it could work.
If you like big city vibe, downtown buzz then you will kill yourself if you live in Kitchener/Waterloo. And if you have to go to GTA for work then it’s a nightmare.
