Cracking Ep Gents and so funny. We have towed our little wind up Jayco van all over QLD, NSW, VIC and SA, no worries at all , But on one trip to the NT a few years back we got pulled over at Avon Downs in the NT as I had no tow Mirrors cost us $100 fine needless to say I have them now,

For some it may be better to fit the mirrors on the driveway. Imagine just after fitting the dumbo ear mirrors you discover the vehicle is too wide to get out of the garage door. Less chance with the MSA mirrors though.

Hi, I can see from the video you were using a few "special" trim tools. The plastic one to not scratch/damage the plastic trim and lever off. But the 1st right angle screw driver looking thing. Is this one a "must have" to get the door lock off or could normal screw drivers get the job done ok? We are fitting ours to a 2016 MUX, so would presume the same trims etc as your DMax? Really good and helpful video btw👍
Yeah mate it was just a little pick tool. It was very straight forward. The plastic trim tools are just a tool pro set from super cheap. 👍🏼

Are the MSA mirrors Australian made (like the Clearviews)?
Not sure to be honest mate.
@@SmartTouringSystems I just checked their website, and it's not mentioned anywhere. So it probably means they're imported. 'Coz if they're not making noise that they're Aussie made, then it's more than likely they're not.
I have a dmax 2022 and have the clearview compact mirrors think they shit all over the msa
