Hey Josh, yes I did. I added the option to upgrade to that 3rd button but it was more difficult than it was worth. I would have to end up charging about $15 extra for the switch with the added button because of the extra time & materials included in it. If someone REALLY wants that extra button and is willing to pay more for it, I would make it for them.
what you need is a project box, two momentary switches, and 1/4" plugs, and a project box. to operate the back and forward functions you just have to connect tip to ground or ring to ground using the momentary switch.

Did you consider adding a third momentary switch to connect to the "stabilizer' TRS male plug to allow for start/stop?
