Clan buildings: capital, masons, university, temple, a couple of others for lumber and iron and somewhere concrete and steel comes in. The what, why, and how is what I would like to know. I am an officer in a clan without those. Any videos along those lines?

do higher lvl gifts raise the wealth more than lower lvl or is it just about the amount of them?
