Making Maple Syrup, Dehydrating Meals & Our Favourite Salmon Recipe!

Within a few days of tapping our last trees, the weather is perfect for a boil down. While boiling I cook up our favourite salmon recipe and after Jim leaves for the Yukon I start preparing food for our trips this year by getting them into the dehydrator. Stay tuned for more dehydrator recipes!
