I loved my Vita and still do get it out to play sometimes and would love a new one, but one huge issue was the game library. It needed more of its own version of AAA games like how it launched with Uncharted, and more developer interest, but for whatever reason it ended up with very few good titles and ended up being mobile sized games and eventually ports of Lego games and similar. When I first got it, I had Uncharted and Ridge Racer, and the graphics were amazing for a handheld and it looked very promising, but it ended up being used as a PS1 emulator in the end sadly.
That makes so much sense, it's mind boggling why this is not the case. Download game you own to Portal.... Play and enjoy. Makes me wonder why Playstation did this, seems so strange

I don't mean to question your intelligence but it takes more than storage to run a PS5 game. Next gen processor, graphics and RAM. This is just a mirroring device. Just display + Connectivity. 👍

It’s not that bad. The screen is great and the controller is about the same. Figure your spending about 100 on the screen and 100 on the controller. It’s pretty good
now i miss the psp. why did they removed it and now make it again like why making it today or this year and not a couple of yrs ago? psp back then is actually good, it needs some improvement like the battery life, screen or the display, refresh rate and sound
what’s crazy is the PSP was actually portable it could go off wifi and was still able to play, it’s actually really useless. someone tested it out who wasn’t being paid my playstation and reviewed it. it’s pretty trash compared to PSP and the PSVITA.
A counter point to this is the remote play of the portal is way more stable than your phone. Another is you never want to run out of batter on your Phone because multiple reasons, especially when outside.
try calling the hotel tech support number give your ip address or last 4 digit mac address so they can bypass your device from the captive portal TOS. former hotel tech support

You can use that “paperweight” on almost any internet with decent speeds. But you are either too poor to afford good internet and/or live in a country where internet was discovered last year and only government elites have it. What I think is more likely, is that you jumped on the hate bandwagon because your favorite UA-camr didn’t like it because they also jumped on the hate bandwagon for views and you think it’s easier to get their affirmation and hate it than actually try a device that you may end up liking if only you didn’t follow a UA-camr who told you what to think.

people are currently having problems on connecting on a different router if your ps5 is connected to a different one but if your using hotspot for some reason it is connecting.
60Hz is enough to play non-competitive games. Sure, more Hz is great, but that's completely fine for GTA 6 story mode or whatever... Imagine playing GTA 6, in your hands, when somewhere out camping. Seems cool.

I've got a psp vita and very big hands!!!I genuinely thought they could've made the controls bigger or wider as after awhile my hands ache, now they've done it!! I would b more interested in getting 1 if I could use it out & about though

@@justshumdude That does *significantly* increase the use of the device. I tend to remote into my desktop PC, but it needs to be left turned on for it to work. I know 'Wake On LAN' is a thing, but I haven't had the opportunity to look into it yet, and not all boards support it.
