Keep the last part of the root of every celery you buy from the store, and put it in a shallow glass of water, within a week you will have roots and can plant it in your garden
Good advice. Thanks 👍
@@YouPlantTubeEven let them grow for a month or so indoors, they can really take off!
Thank you for this video! It was well made. I really appreciated the dates as the video progressed.
Your feedback is much appreciated. Thank You!
Well done
Yeah, I know. But it's not easy having something available to show on UA-cam continuously, I will try to upload more regularly as soon as I have some more decent content available. Thanks for the visit!
Thank you for sharing!
My pleasure!
Nice more power to your channel
I really enjoyed this video, it was very relaxing. However I'm so sad you didn't do a close up of the grown plant, I want to know how it looks naturally compared to all bundled up and chopped off at the store.
I'm glad you enjoyed the video, although the celery needed a little more time to fully develop, I'll try to implement your suggestion in future videos. Thank you for your feedback and suggestions.
Neatly detailed.
Thanks :)
Amazing video quite interesting and awesome to watch 👍
Many thanks👍

Here I put the seed trays in the fridge for a while to improve germination.
That's a great idea. Speaking of the fridge you just reminded me I have some forgotten seeds that need to be tested at some point for viability and perhaps even a video.
Can I ask in what growing zone, or city do you live in?. I would like to compare the climate from where you live with mine. I am in USA growing zone 8a.
This video was created on an island in the Mediterranean Sea the area is equivalent to a Zone 10a
I have put far to many seeds in a pot- how do I separate them out without damaging them??
You don't. Use scissors to snip weak or crowded seedlings at the soil line. Snipping, rather than pulling, ensures you don't damage the roots of the remaining seedlings.
i repot them cause they were leggy, but now
they are still so LONG and the leaves are not as big...
It sounds like your celery plants may be experiencing some stress after repotting. It's common for plants to undergo some adjustment period after being transplanted, especially if they were leggy beforehand. The long stems could be a sign of stretching due to insufficient light or overcrowding.
To help your celery plants recover and thrive, make sure they are receiving adequate sunlight or artificial light if indoors, and provide them with proper spacing to allow for healthy growth. Additionally, regular watering and appropriate fertilization can support their development.
If the leaves are not as large as expected, it could indicate nutrient deficiencies or other environmental factors. Consider adjusting your fertilization routine or soil composition to ensure your celery plants have access to essential nutrients.
Overall, patience and attentive care will help your celery plants adjust to their new environment and regain their vigor. Thank you for sharing your experience, and feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns!
Full sun during germination?
I would avoid placing them in direct sunlight, Seeds in germination do not need light. They are germinating mostly in dark
I have tried nursing celery seed many times but didn't germinate. I am in Ghana Accra
Sorry to hear that
Have you tried putting them in water? Those that sunk have a high chance of germination
you sound like AI, are you
