I buy them on bidorbuy under the coin accessories field. The A5 are about R20 but the A4 sleeves are around R15 each, sometimes cheaper. The pros of the A4 is you can buy any file at the supermarket, but the con is once it's full of coins it weighs a ton. That's why I closed my eyes and spent that bit extra on a A5 file.
I make use of the seller Randcoin, but they can be a bit pricey but generally offer the best. There are other sellers also selling coin accessories, so its best check them all and see what would suit you.
