For my hair type: Some ways are you can use scrunches to stretch your hair, use a little bit less product or you can also do braid outs / twist outs

For growth: don’t use heat, use products with good ingredients (I try to avoid products with sulfates silicones and parabens), sleek with a satin bonnet / scarf on or on a satin pillowcase
