Thanks for pointing out the ingredients. I will definitely be trying the new line. It has more benefits for my hair. Black honey, has so many vitamins, papaya, monoi, ginger and marula!!!
Call me crazy but I still think this line is worth trying. After you and eVaniwithaV said the ingredients were all the same between both lines. Right off the bat, I assumed they just added a couple ingredients sprinkled near the bottom of list. But 2 things surprised me: 1. There’s actually a good handful of new ingredients in all the products. Not just 2-3. 2. For the majority of the products, the new ingredients are mainly at the top/middle of the list. That’s pretty concentrated imo. It seems to me that they just kept the overall base of their products-if ain’t broke, don’t fix it - as opposed to starting from scratch. I think that’s reasonable 🤷🏾♀️. In fact I feel most hair care lines do that. Pantene Gold wasn’t made from scratch, neither are ANY of the SM deep conditioners-same base, different key ingredient. Tresseme, aussie, etc., the list goes on... Regardless of how I feel about it though, it seems that, performance-wise, both lines are on the same level. Which is kind of surprising as well, given the changes. 🤔
Yes, I agree with you. I definitely think that there are a lot more new ingredients in the new line of products so I would say now after looking up each product that it isn't the same. But they do perform the same to me and my hair. I don't mind them using the same base ingredients at all, like you said, if it isn't broke don't fix it, that is fine to me. But I would have liked to get different results per say. but I think either line is good, or whatever is on sale.
@@BubsBee You will not get different results if your hair is NOT in need of repair/damaged! That's where the confusion comes. People think they will see differences when they won't. Technically you don't need this line. The other line will suffice. No matter how many lines I try from a brand my hair always looks healthy.
MY mom have plenty of hair care products and I happen to come across one of them using her tgin leave in and shampoo and let me tell you that these products was so good it's perfect for 4 type hair it was really works wonders I know some.products may have the same ingredients which you don't have to fall for you, really don't need to buy allot of products from them. Just get what you need for your hair and use it the products are amazing to me. More so I'd get the shampoo conditioner and a a hair mask
So small difference in ingredient is a big difference Coconut oil can be a major positive factor for people with high porosity hair.. where as for people with low porosity hair, that would be the exact opposite for them with negative results over time
Your hair looks gorgeous btw. The curlfood is amazing!!! I used it on my hair and loved it. I definitely recommend that, and I found it at Sally Beauty which is convenient. I don't do that online stuff lol
Your hair always looks amazing!!! Have seen this product, but have not tried it. I do love their honey line. Would you mind reviewing Cantu’s products??? Thanks for sharing.
I like the way you did the comparison. Hair was nice but not my fav. Not sure if it was the products or the stretching. I’m probably going to pass. I like the original just fine.
Thank you Im glad you enjoyed it. Yes my hair felt good but the definition wasn't the best at all, Im going to be using this curl food moisturizer just as a heavier leave in type of thing for moisture, a gel would have made my results a lot better I believe. Thank you for watching love !
You should do a video explaining what the ingredients do in the lines you try. Like a 2 part video to inform your subbies of what they can use to get their hair Poppin!
I’m soooo late but I was wondering if you had any tips for my hair ? I’m a sophomore and I used to get my hair flat ironed every two months since I was in 4th grade but I stopped in 9th grade and now I’m trying to go natural !
Bubs🧐 Although I did not read the labels when you showed them to us to read, I did notice the products say RepairRx...are there elements of protein? If not what is the mission of this new line? Plz share. I’m so curious because for years so many people said that the Honey Miracle mask was their holy grail...my hair does not like it one bit😬 Thankfully I purchased it from Walmart so I could get a refund (17.96) aaaargh😩
Im not too sure, look over the ingredients again in the video. there may be protein but its not a lot at all, my hair felt moisturized more than anything. I really don't know what the mission is, I think they were just ready for something new to their line up. Yea I wouldn't get the new mask if you don't like the old one because its pretty much the same thing.
Rx is what's used to indicated prescriptions. In this case, it's intense hydration for people in SOS mode imo. But I am also curious as to why they chose the word "repair" cuz it makes me think there's protein in it but I didn't notice any protein ingredients
@@karenhorton148 my only hunch is it could be geared towards people with protein sensitive hair. A way to repair their hair as much as possible without using protein that would make their hair dry and brittle
Tinykab 🤓And the way you and I have seen a Whole video and still aren’t certain Why this line exists. Thank God I wasn’t a fan to begin with. Btw I just don’t accept that our hair can be sensitive to the very thing it’s made of.
My only issue is that they released basically the same products, so I just don’t really see a point in purchasing them:/ I feel like they could have done better and released an actual new line especially since this is their very second line.
Thanks for pointing out the ingredients. I will definitely be trying the new line. It has more benefits for my hair. Black honey, has so many vitamins, papaya, monoi, ginger and marula!!!

I was going to say the same thing. 😆😆 I also watched EvaniwithAV’s video. So I’ll just say “DITTO”
Agree. I think its worth trying. Coconut definitely behaves differently on my hair than other oils so that difference is enough for me.

The difference is in the benefits it gives your hair. The different oils and raw black honey adds different benefits to your curls
I enjoy their original product line. Your review is super helpful.
im glad I am able to help
I'm just disappointed that they didn't remove the silicones. I would have really liked to try this line.
dimethicone is water soluble and won't cause buildup in your hair

On my hair the lines perform very differently. I have low porosity hair and this line really penetrates.
so happy they worked for you !
Retained so much length since I’ve started watching you 💃🏽
That's so awesomeeee !!! Yes to lengthhhh !!!
The most beautiful type 4 hair you are blessed, I wonder what you eat it must be healthy
thank you, and mostly just home cook meals, but I think my hair is so healthy thanks to genetics.
@@BubsBee ah!!! Unfair! Please share your good genes with us lol.
What products are both a moisturizer and a styler? I hoping for a few less steps In the wash process
the curl food i believe
I havent tried the new line but I love the honey miracle hair mask and the daily moisturizer. Thanks for the review!
So small difference in ingredient is a big difference

I Have To Try This Line I Love Love The Old One I Gotta Try This One Ya Hair Is Definitely Fluffy Just Beautiful💕💕💕💕
I've been waiting my Good sis❤️!!
I’m really intrigued by the curl food lol
if you like moisturizers then its a good one.
Do you steam with the deep conditioner or before putting in the deep conditioner?
I steam with the DC in.
Your hair looks gorgeous btw. The curlfood is amazing!!! I used it on my hair and loved it. I definitely recommend that, and I found it at Sally Beauty which is convenient. I don't do that online stuff lol
I love how your hair turned out!!!
Great review. They may be similar but for me having coconut oil in anything makes a world of difference 😣
Thanks for this review....I need something moisturizing...waiting on your Mane Choice do it for the fro review.
Thanks, I have that on my list to buy !!!

TGIN is the best!
I'm trying tgin miracle repairx food today should I use a gel with I'm putting my hair 2strand twist for a week
Yes I would add a gel
i really really ove the mrx shampoo and i"d love to try the curl food and serum
I love it!
Something is definitely up with the ingredients in this new line...but this review is great and thorough as always! And you already know I agree!
Yes I saw your post on your Instagram stories about the ingredients, idk what's going on anymore, I'm lost for words at this point.
Same girl!
Is the shampoo suppose to say moisturizing or strengthening?
Moisture, I think they changed this line though, I'm not too sure.
I got these on Black Friday, but have not used them yet.

It’s a shame the information isn’t clear🤔
Very poor marketing. Their loss🤷🏽♀️

Love this lip look😀 Details plz Sis💕💝
Thank you, its a mented cosmetics lip liner In dark night and pixi beauty matte liquid lip in au naturelle
Your hair looks sooo gorgeous ! I think I’m going to give this line a try, well the shampoo and the dc you recommended lol

Bubs Bee I sure will !
So much hair and beautifulllllll

4:22 looks like a difference to me
Rx line has protein in the ingredients and the original line doesn’t.
Blessings From Texas 🤠
Thanks for the info!
Ohhh that's the kicker 🌹
Love it ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much Tiff !!
This product is bomb
Notification gang gang
I've not tried tgin and I'm not planning on it. I'm transitioning to more indie hair products.
😍
