I got a mesa model a few months ago at sportsman's. I was woundering why some was black and some were grey stocks. I got the grey color. I liked the bigger botl knob. Now i know why there was a difference in color.
@@matthewkyle6939 no it’s not like a 7 mag or better ! It’s like a 280 wsm ackly improved and the ammo is 120$ a box if you can find it! Stick with the 7 mag! 28 nosler has a shit ton more recoil also
Man the only miss on this is those radial brakes. Sure would been nice if you guys threw on a side port brake. Put that side brake on and that is a bullseye.
Yeah i got a Mesa FFT brand new and well needless to say it had the worst stock and paint hob ever. When i tried to get help from CA they blew me off and gave me no help and they did not even give me any options! I had not even shot yet and still haven’t pain over 1500$ for this junk and for terrible customer service!! Don’t think i will be buying another one! Ever!! Buyer beware!! I used to really like them and i praised them but after the recent experience I had I will be looking elsewhere!
I'm getting sick of seeing 6.5 CM the only available in stock cartridge for nearly all rifles and the only ammo left on the shelves behind .308 which few companies make rifles for now. Obviously, not many people want to hunt with it for good reason. And I own 1.

I owned a 6.5 creedmoor and a 6.5 prc Mesa and wow do I regret parting with them. These were the best rifles I ever owned.

Get it in 28 nosler, it's like a 7mag but better. I'm going to get one. I have a 7mag now but want to upgrade.
