- I get asked frequently about different popular jewelry websites. I wanted to make a quick review on Gold Gods. I felt their ordering/shipping went very smooth. The link quality of the rope was excellent. Not a big fan of the color or the clasps and weight of the chain. For 20-30$ it's not a bad option.

Dawg I’ve yet to see anyone do a solid gold review on any of these online companies. Jaxxon/GLD/gold gods. None of em. Dudes are shitting on 200 dollar chains like yeah that shit is gonna lack in quality lol I don’t care that a fake chain is magnetic show me the solid options tested and what not.

Loving jewelry since I was 6, it's so obvious, the fakes always look darker & they look glossier. But, I love jewelry & am always fascinated regardless if it's fake or not. I wore a fake rope & a real rope of the same MM. When I put on the real, I felt so much more weight to. Feels like, there is no way to replicate it. Even stainless steel gold filled doesn't have the same feel as a real.

Mcree Is Here I would be as gentle as possible with plated don’t rub it at all because that’s what gets it the worse real gold if you rub it it doesn’t do shit but plated it rubs off the plating easy as far as water pool water is horrible period but like rain water I wouldn’t be scared and yes plating does turn your neck green

I bought a 925 Sterling silver gold plated chain at Walmart it's lasted me since I got it I shower with it and I accidentally went in a pool last time and the pool has bleach but the chain never faded

Sounds like a plan! I have a couple Vermeil chains from them. No complaints really, I accidentally got a gold plated piece and I returned it. No bueno, would recommend only Vermeil+ from them. So I really hope you didn't get gold plated :D
I even took my pieces to the local jeweler here in my town and he was really surprised at the quality. Even took out the diamond tester haha

They're a big company with lots of pieces. It's one of those things where I want to see the piece in real life to fully inspect it.
