@MrMxAudio actually the fuse was from my blue earthquake amplifier :D but even if I put a smaller fuse it would take about 4x the rated power to burst/pop a fuse... or so I heard
hello sir can that system be used on dual baterry set up or capacitor / baterry combination . you see I run that old Delco 12 si alternator in me classic car but I tryed out that unusual plasma ignition so that staff is nice and I love amplifier ignition as well but hv capacitor interact with me alternator starting charge it goes from 1000rpm to 3000rpm so I need to rev lot me car who I do not want to . So I tought to try out dual baterry system or capacitor banks combination with seperate + and - grounding not to tuch me car at all due to strange rost and other effects. So please if you know how that might work please put description where to finde such voltage and amp regulators . I wuld also be in dire need for system that can activate alternator at lower rpm range spreeds that wuld also be nice to have. I modifi lot engines so they run always differently so I requare some thing variabel. It does not mather if it is manual or relay controled just that it works . Any diagram wuld do or parts numbers where to finde such devices.
@audioarsonal actually I was gonna run the ground to battery but did some testing and since I used a bit thicker wire then normal it gave me good current :) so I let it be :p 12gauge wires
R@MrMxAudio mines was somewhere around $500 but depends on what and how you want em :) mines is only 225amp and if I got the 300 it would need brackets :/
+trugb24 I would assume you might need a step down modulator when you run a 16v but I never asked about a 14v and 12v combo.. you can inbox him on Facebook and see if you need to do something manual or if the alts do it by just isolating the 14v to the system and leaving the 12v alone to go through the vehicle brain

Looking good and really clean!
nice new toy!

Nice work mrpep!!!

Hell yea getting stuff done can wait to c demos of ur system slamming
@abusiveben thank you and I mostly try not to leave wires all in danger zones all exposed to the elements :D
If you unplug the field wire from the alternator would that give you a charging system light
you have a agm you can run up to 16volt
@iceman020187 actually I recorded a distance test last night :)
nice
holy shit 40 amp fuse ! thats more draw than my mids and highs amp.. LOL
@zccolby ;D had it redone a bit different or my specific needs :)
not called 2 gauge. its call 2 aught . never called 2 gauge which is a totally different wire size
And that's what I need for direct connection to my amps it requires 1 aught
So those regulater improves your systems
@MASON858 heyyyy good morning my good Sir :D thank you and if anything I still have a ways to go
@raidercann1 just saw one in purple metallic paint :o almost had to send it in to change the color :D
@mrchrisk36 gracias señor :)
how much did the alt run you?

I googled and I can't those regulators anywhere.
I got that blue box through nate at excessive amperage in florida...
If Im running dual alts 12 and 14. 12 for the car and 14 dedicated to audio. DO I still need one of those?

Aight thanks
+trugb24 on youtube MrEaNate is the man who sells them :)
Is that a drywall screw with some sort of nut on the ground? I would move the ground for the regulator directly to the battery or the alt case.
