This was me. For anyone wondering, I did dual enrollment in high school and early admit my senior year. I graduated high school with my Associate’s then finished my Bachelor’s Degree a semester early.
Awesome job. Best of luck with the future
Hi totally not the same but I finished both my bachelors and masters within four years with no loans I definitely think that working no matter what is super important. But if you’re paying for the degree be extremely intentional about needing and wanting to do that specificprogram.
I have a PhD and it’s worked out for me but I tell everyone the biggest mistake I made was rushing into grad school. I should have worked for a while first. This girl absolutely should go to work and I think she’d find her interest and goals will evolve and her path forward will get clearer.
2:38 The look on Dave's face when he found out she is 19. 🤣 They were pretty harsh on here before, but they relaxed quickly. Haha
Got my Master's for free. Understated income on FAFSA, went to an affordable state school. 100% tuition free and I had multiple full time jobs. Bought an older affordable 4X4 SUV and paid it off in 90 days.
Proud of her! She’s killing it!
The company that I worked for paid for my bachelor's and almost all of my master's degrees. I worked fulltime and went to school part-time.
☝️ smart man
@@juliuscaesart The company only paid so much a year, but by going part-time, it all got covered.
These kids are advance. My daughter is starting college this fall as a highschool junior. Get it girl.
But you are still a novice.
"These kids are advanced."
@@wewhoareabouttodiesaluteyo9303 wym 19 year olds are usually freshman is college. That’s pretty advanced
@@wewhoareabouttodiesaluteyo9303 boo, imagine getting this shirty over a typo
@@salb5610 The gal is trying to state that her kids are advanced, but yet, we wonder whose kids they really are.

I’m using my undergrad in accounting in an operations position at an investment firm. Not traditional accounting so I appreciate the confirmation in this video that you can apply your skills in a different field. My doubt was that I wasn’t in the accounting field and my degree was a waste. But if you are happy where you work, and being challenged then it’s a good place to be in life. My job is allowing me to get my CPA license even though they’re not a CPA firm, so I’m very thankful. We outsource our accounting but I get to work on managing the ins and outs of the business. I love it.
Woah, I am 63 and graduated with a Bachelor's in Communications and was immediately scooped up the The Wall Street Journal at full salary. This was because of all the students at the school I interned at NBC - TV, NBC- Radio, College Newspaper, College Radio station, Brown University Radio and more before I graduated and as David said, I just demonstrated that I could do stuff. I never even thought of going to grad school and had a very, very successful career in radio. Ms. college student just needs to get the gears in motion.
Our company pays for further education. We just hired marketing assistants.
What company is this?
If you blow through college try to get as much experience as possible. Soak in as much as you can and get applied knowledge. I know people who graduate early but have no experience in their field.. so good luck to her
I know someone who is in grad school.. Getting loans but did have the cash to pay it but holding on to it.. They quit a $60k year job as their professor said they need to do so to be successful in the program as work was demanding and some homework was late. I am so mad he would tell students this. I don't like seeing people going broke.
Wonder why no ones pushing back on going to grad school for the line of work she’s entering
I wondered that too. I guess they figured - as long as she can cash flow it, then no worries.
You can make money blogging. It's just another word for content marketing. She could freelance for other bloggers since she knows WordPress.

19 and in GRAD school? Did she start college at 15?
I know someone who already completed a masters in math at 19 and was on his way to PhD.
it's crazy.
“GIT IT!” - Dave 2021
Hey Dave I’m getting a masters in communication
Dave- Why??
Whoa 19? that’s awesome!!!!
The lady eyes next to Ramsey is insane
Insane is overused these days, especially in the gaming community. Just saying.
I always notice that she looks confused and the wisdom spills out cool girl tho
Impressive to be in graduate school so young
Doesnt common sense just say use your bachelors to get a job in your field., then go back and get your grad degree. Why would you even want a grad degree in a field you haven’t actually started a career in...
She probably has been in school all her life she is 19 she recently got her bachelors so it only makes sense she would think like that
Well done
You don’t.

companies should also reimbursed ppl with grad degrees loans (ie pay monthly loan pmts) to stay loyal with them.
Get a job and talk your employer into picking up some of the tab. That the only way I could swing it. Finished with no loan.
Grad school, online or not, is a full time job.
Communications?! Thats a terrible degree.
How is she in grad school at 19?
You can tell by the way she talks and thinks that she is very mature for her age. She probably graduated high school early. Maybe she's a prodigy? You know regular students can graduate high school with their Associates or even with their Bachelors with a bit of focus and hard work.
She probably did dual enrollment in high school maybe even middle school ... it’s very possible
Dual enrollment in highschool so you graduate from highschool and get your associate degree at the same time. She would be 18. Then you sign into a Bachelor x Masters program where you study Masters courses that counts on your Bachelors degree. She would be 19 when she gets her bachelor's and get into grad school right away with a smooth transition. It was not common, but out of 4000 students in my College, around 20 people did exactly this.
Forget about the cash bull....
Never compromise your grades and quality of life with some loan
Worst case scenario a loan is fine just never over pay your degree and make sure the degree worths the money
Easy. Drop out and dont bother
@@theramseyshow-highlights3960 bot get out of here
Her degree is easy. No wonder she finished so fast.

What an insightful comment!
That degree is useless.
She wants to be an author? Great! Write ad copies 😂
Confucius says
“If one wants to speed things up, one must get a sugar daddy. Git it.”
she should apply to ramsey's company

Shouldn’t this be common sense?

degree in communication? why not get real degree like engineering ? cost is the same, but she gonna get paid whole alot more
Engineering is much more difficult.
@@Evil_pinata so? whats ur point? awlays take easy path?
To get an engineering degree, you have to have base knowledge of mathematics and science. This young lady is fine being a communication major, even if she was capable of a science major, her head isn't in it. It's all about what your mind wants you to do and what you're passionate about.
I was in EE, hated it. It's not for everyone.
@@Primitive_Code we have plenty of young people in this country who are passionate in left handed puppetry and they go into 100K+ student loans. this is the real problem, this "follow your passion" is direct road to broke house. go listen to tuba player call, this kid was going to get into 270K loans for tuba degree
Move to the EU
I don’t think she needs help........with anything 🙂
